The firm is led by partners James de Candole, Guy Burrow and Jan Ondřich. James and Guy have lived in the region since 1990 and together share 35 years of international client experience and local public affairs expertise. Jan leads the interpretative work of the firm, imposing the necessary methodological discipline.
The firm assembles project teams from among its full-time consultants, all of whom are nationals from the region holding postgraduate degrees from Oxbridge, the London School of Economics and other leading western universities.
