The firm is led by partners James de Candole, Guy Burrow and Jan Ondřich. Jan leads the interpretative work of the firm, imposing the necessary methodological discipline.
Partners are guided by non-executive director James Lawrence. James has over a decade of corporate finance and investment experience. The firm assembles project teams from among its full-time consultants, all of whom are nationals from the region.
