Our Approach

The value of the advice we give has much to do with the methodology we use. We set out to disprove what appears to be true, for example the statement of a minister that his government will only privatise to a strategic investor. The virtue of falsification when applied to political intentions is that it allows us better to establish the probability of a statement being true.

How we arrive at our findings is explained in the deliverable which includes the data sets. In the case of most advocacy and government relations projects, this would mean profiles of and interviews with the owners of the decisions you seek to influence.

Our approach to lobbying campaigns is structured, with attention given to building the strategy before engagement with policy makers. We attach great importance to risk definition at the start, by which we mean establishing whether there exists an affordable and timely route to success without risk to your reputation. If not, we tell you.
